Our 1816 line of whiskey was the product that allowed our company to start-and it was barreled in 2008 long before it was legal for us to distill in Hamilton County again and therefore it was produced and sourced from Lawrenceburg, Indiana by a very experienced and talented team using a pre-prohibition mash bill. Thanks to a new state law (which our "Vote Whiskey" campaign helped get passed in 2013) we are reviving and rediscovering Chattanooga's rich whiskey tradition. This year, after 100 years of prohibition in our city, we opened the first legal distillery in Chattanooga since pre-prohibition laws went into effect in 1915.
